It is conveniently located near all the cities immediate amenities and quick access to Ponds Forge, The Crucible, Lyceum Theatre, Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield University and Sheffield Hallam University.

The apartment is self-check-in via a lockbox. We will provide you with a check-in guide with step by step instruction on how to check into the apartment and with things you may need to know while you are staying with us.

We have access and can arrange secure underground parking, directly under the apartments.

There is a small fee for this, please ask if you would like to know.

Guest access
Guests will get access to the entire apartment. The Guest access to the apartment is via the building lobby.

The apartment is on level 6, in which there are two lifts that go up to this floor and also a flight of stairs. The apartment is a self Check via a lockbox. The code will be sent at the time of check-in.

Other things to note
We want our guests to throughly enjoy their holiday or business trip experience fully.

We ask for guests to make themselves feel at home but to respect the property structure and amenities.

Where appropriate remove muddy shoes and use the dishwasher and tablets provided at the end of each trip to clear all your dirty dishes.

We ask that any towels used are placed on the bathroom floor. All linen, laundry and cleaning will be changed at the end of your trip unless requested otherwise.
