Newland is an attractively furnished ground-floor apartment located a short walk from the historic city centre of Chester. This attractive apartment which sleeps up to 2 people includes an open-plan living space, with kitchen dining and sitting area. On those sunny days head out into the enclosed back garden with gravelled area and patio furniture.
With a high spec mod con kitchen, including the finest appliances, there is everything you could possibly need. There is a full range of cooking utensils, full size fridge/freezer and a combination washer and dryer. For those who like a caffeine fix in the morning we have a Nescafe Dulce Gusto coffee machine with a variety of pods.
Whether you would like to watch/stream something on TV, or listen to your favourite music, we have it covered. Our JVC smart loaded TV using commercial strength WiFi has access to all the main apps/viewing services and our JBL soundbar will allow you to stream your favourite sounds.
We would like all our guests to have a great night’s sleep, so we have taken our time to ensure we have found the comfiest beds around. Head to the king-sized bedroom, with plenty of storage and grab yourselves a soft thick bath towel and head to the shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC.
Newland has an enclosed back garden with gravelled area and patio furniture. On those warm sunny days Newland also provides access to a shared front garden with outdoor seating and barbeque.
